Office Tourist

I am the one running around the hub snapping photos.  Because I am a tourist.  An office tourist.

So I thought I would share the Phoenix photos of the office.  The buildings are nice.

The elevators are high tech.

They may confuse a person upon the first visit.  You just pick the floor you are going to and it tells you what elevator to get on.  No more "Can you push 11 please?" Where are the other floors not listed?  I don't know.  It is a mystery.  Just like the mystery of why they decided to make the parking garage a ridiculous maze.

You can walk around the lake at lunch.  Until about this time of year unless you like the heat.  There is not much shade.

I did find a bit of shade one day

I sat under the trees for a bit.  There are gnats that come off the water.  They like to come at you in a swarm causing you to go into ninja mode while everyone looks at you wondering what you are doing.

I call these the curtain pods.  Nobody knows the point of them but they are everywhere.

It is a pretty building.  I prefer the size of the office back home.  I can't even go into my feelings on the parking garage.  We do not get along.  Funny enough I get way less steps on this big campus than I do at home.  The bathroom is a lot closer to the room and you really don't go far from your area.  It makes me feel a bit lazy.  I have talked to a few people that love it here and a few that don't so much.  It was nice to visit but I am ready to head home and cuddle with my pup!
