To recap some accomplishments of 2015....
-paid off a good chunk of debt
-completed CLU and went to Hawaii
-ran 430 miles (had a goal of 500)
-significantly improved my race times
-ran 12 races
-didn't buy any clothing other than workout clothes
-only bought two pairs of shoes...running shoes and a pair of flats that costs eight bucks
-completed my Personal training certificate
-added new flooring to the scrapbook room
I have quite the list of goals for this year. Here are a few:
-Run 600 miles
-Run 12 races
-build savings
-increase my water intake
-set a new race PR
-buy minimal Make up and clothing and use what I have
-write at least 100 words a week
-be more present, live in the moment
Those are a few out of 17 or so. I hung them in my closet so I see them daily. I don't love the concept of resolutions since any time is a good time to start a goal and go after it. But still love a reason to think things through and make some plans.
